Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy: 

  • Cancellation: Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation cost. In case the hotel is unable to accommodate the confirmed reservation, the Hotel can help by providing an alternate and similar accommodation and is not liable to pay any compensation / damage. 
  • Group Bookings: Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance. 

Additional Information: 

  • Refunds: Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts. 
  • Non-refundable Periods: Bookings made during long weekends, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (festivals, Christmas & New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable. 

Child Policy 

Complimentary stay for two children up to 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed. 

Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.
