The Amore is born out of the vision of an eminent Surat based women entrepreneur Mrs. Mitali Desai. Having realized from her very own personal experiences that there existed a vacuum in Surat for an exclusive boutique banquet facility, she took it upon herself to invest in a green field venture to build a best in class banquet property for the residents of Surat. Mrs Mitali Desai brings with her over a decade of experiential knowledge and food services domain expertise in successfully running one of the earliest banquet brands and fine-dine restaurants of Surat, namely “Dil Se Re”. Her numerous quality interactions with guests has afforded her the opportunity to gain insights and greater understanding of the guests needs, which she has used as the basis for all her decision making. She is ably assisted by a top quality leadership team bestowed with culinary and operations expertise.

The Amore, meaning “love” in Italian is the inspiration behind our brand name. We honestly believe that our passion for excellence has to be juxtaposed with “love” for whatever we do. We have made a habit of exceeding our guests expectations at all times and our love for excellence and perfection are key to the same.

Our property, located in one of Surat’s premium areas is in close proximity to the Airport, best shopping mall (VR Mall), reputed educational institute (SVNIT) and in the midst of a premium residential neighborhood.
